(SLDE) was officially established in Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone on August 23rd, 2022, in the context of global business adjustment, a new division of Siemens Electric Transmission Co., LTD. (SEDL). On July 19th, 2024, SLDE officially changed its name to Innomotics (Tianjin) Drive Technology Co., LTD. (ILM).
